In Toowoomba, my stay at the hotel was excellent. The rooms were large, comfortable, and clean, equipped with all the essentials. However, I felt that some smaller touches could have enhanced the overall comfort of the stay. The service provided was wonderful, with staff being very friendly and happy to assist with any concerns. The location was very convenient for an event in the park, but the room was smaller with limited storage space. The dining experience was good value, though adding juice to the menu would have been nice.

The hotel had super clean, lovely rooms; I especially enjoyed the spa bath in the King suite. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, though slightly outdated. The service was top-notch, with exceptionally friendly staff, particularly the girl at the restaurant. The location was fantastic, right near the main entrance and close to shops.
